The sightseeing Shinjuku Tourism Promotion Association has cooperated with the store Shinjuku Nakamuraya to launch the “Shinjuku Juku Maru Anpan” as a new Shinjuku souvenir.
“Shinjuku Jyuku Maru Anpan” is a bean-jam bun which has an azuki flavor and is wrapped in homemade bean-jam bun. This souvenir costs 180 yen for each piece (tax excluded).
You can buy it at store called “Sweets and Delica Bonna”, which is located in B1F of the Shinjuku Nakamuraya Building.
The seal of the guide dog “Juku Maru”, is branded onto the bun the symbol represents a guide dog who will help introduce you to the charm of Shinjuku. The guide dog “Jyuku Maru” is actually made with a motif of Shinjuku’s ward shape.
We wish “Shinjuku Juku Maru Anpan” to become popular as it is one of the newest souvenirs for the area!
