Niku Bistro WAIGAYA is a fashionable bar, which has a cute appearance cuisine.
Here you can enjoy meat menu such as red meat grill, roast beef, meat platter, etc. in a reasonable price.
The recommended dish especially for those who love meat is “Roast Beef Bowl” which costs 980 yen and “Sirloin Steak Bowl”(200g) which costs 1,500 yen.
The daily special plate costs 850 yen and all of the lunch dish comes with Salad and a drink. Drinks will be served in a big mug !
It is also good to order one dish at a time, but the course dish is best for a drinking party.
Course dish costs 4000 yen which contains appetizer, salad, pasta, main dish, bar original dessert and you can also drink sparkling, beer, wine as much as you like (time is limited).
Mr. Sakaguchi, a graduate of university is the owner of this bar.
After graduation, he studied in “Japanese cuisine Kitaoka” for 4 years and worked at “MORIMOTO” in Philadelphia. It is a famous shop by Mr. Shoji Morimoto, known as iron chef of cooking. In 2011, Mr. Sakaguchi started his own business and now running 5 shops.
