Rare Cheese Sandwich (Raisins and Cashew Nuts)
It is a cookie sandwich made by combining Camembert and Gouda cheese together with rare cheese flavored cheese cream and then adding lemon on Hokkaido cream cheese, whipped cream and Mascarpone. They then add to the cream, raisins and cashew nuts, which will give you the sensation of eating a rare cheesecake. It is certainly a new sensation for a fresh sweet.
