You can enjoy sports, pool and planetarium in Shinjuku. In the sports program “Regaspo”, there are 40 courses in total including programs such as Qigong Tai Chi, Yoga and Aero.
Reservation or application is not necessary and you can take classes as often as you like. Reception will accept in order of arrival from 15 minutes before the course starts. 400 yen for once. Tickets are sold at ticket vending machines.
Pool charge is cost 400 yen for adults and 100 yen for Junior high school student or less. (The summer season is limited to 2 hours)
※ Each facility cannot be used for individuals when it is booked by an organization.
