‘Suehiro Dori’ – A bar street which feels more adult than Kabukicho

In Suehiro Dori (末広通り), you can enjoy Rakugo (Sit-Down Comedy) in the most popular Japanese style hall “Sueihirotei”.

This area is known as the red-light district around 1951. But shortly after, the red-light district was abolished and transformed into a bright town.

Kabukicho is crowed with many fashionable pubs, restaurants, and bars, etc. But the atmosphere of this area is surprisingly quite calm.
