Staff Experiences

Report of ‘Yakiniku Like’ which has rumors on the town.

Our editorial department staff visited newly open shop ‘Yakiniku Line West exit shop’.

Interior of this shop is based on concrete and wood with stylish lighting reminiscent of overseas garage.
There is a partition between the person in front of you, so you can eat without worrying about gaze on you. It is a restaurant made by perfectly understanding the feeling of the person who wants to enjoy yakiniku alone.

Once you sit down, there is a touch panel in the front. In the touch panel, price, type of meat, number of grams etc. has been written. There is also set menu, single items and drink menu including alcohol. The water is on the desk, it is self-pouring style.

Editorial department member ordered set menu of Karubi (Galbi), Harami (Outside Skirt) and Gyutan (Beef tongue). It was surprisingly great volume!

A classic item Galbi was so soft and juicy. Harami has a strong taste of meat and is greasy. It was chewy but very soft and the more you chew, the more delicious taste spreads in your mouth. Because the tongue is sliced thinly, it is easy to pass fire and will bake quickly. While having softness, you can enjoy the texture of crispy tan.

Thank-You ‘Yakiniku Like’ for the delicious food.
