This area is a multinational town with lots of Asian shops such as Thailand, Indonesia, China and Korea. Since the prices of commodities are also cheap, you will not struggle with shopping and eating.

This share house was opened on July 11th 2018. It is a fashionable and reasonable share house built by designers.
For the living room with warmth of wood grain, there is a comfortable table and chair that you can concentrate on your work. There are also white boards to write and projectors so you can announce ideas anytime.
There is also space for relaxing (Tatami type). Here you can also invite your colleagues and friends.
Even if you are a new tenant, you don’t need to be afraid because the resident managers will support you. To maintain the cleanliness, cleaning company people will enter periodically.
Every month we invite residents and friends to host a home party so, we can meet new people and expand circle of people!

A three-story House
The first floor can not be used due to the owner’s work space.
The second floor is a shared space such as a living room.
The 3rd floor becomes the bedroom of 3 rooms (Dormitories).
Rent
The initial cost is very reasonable only with rent (daily price) + 10,000 yen (preparation cost)!

Monthly 40,000 yen (rent 35,000 yen + common expenses & WiFi fee 5,000 yen)
Room 302 (2 people per Room : Women)
Monthly 40,000 yen (rent 35,000 yen + common expenses & WiFi fee 5,000 yen)
Room 303 (4 people 1 Room : Women)
Monthly 40,000 yen (rent 35,000 yen + common expenses & WiFi fee 5,000 yen)
Only the first month separately prepares 10,000 yen (cleaning fee at the time of departure, repair cost) as preparation cost. There are no other extra costs.
