Himchuli Curry & Izakaya Bar (ヒムツリ カレー＆居酒屋BAR) is a newly opened Nepali Restaurant along Shinjuku Idai Dori. It is an Izakaya styled restaurant where you can enjoy A la carte menu. Here you can also enjoy Nepalese, Thai, Indian and Italian grilled cuisine.
Ladies set costs 950 yen at lunch time and 1500 yen at dinner time.
We went this restaurant on the second day of opening. Since the restaurant has opened recently, the interior was very beautiful and clean♪ There is also a bar counter.
Mr. Sharma (on second from the left side), owner of this restaurant is very friendly and cheerful♪ And a handsome staff can also be found (LOL)!!
The taste of the food is very delicious and price is reasonable. There is a plenty of a la carte menus and even curry served as well. Especially not to be missed is the owner’s recommended grilled dish. A special grill menu uses more than 10 kinds of spices and olive oil. There are all 10 types of grill menu including “Shrimp and Avocado grill”, “Sea food mix grill”, “Mushroom grill” and so on.
Mr. Sharma says, “If you try eating it once, you will become addicted!”

Lunch menu costs from 700 yen. Dinner set costs 1500 yen. Student Set cost 690 yen. All-you-can-drink course costs from 3000 yen which comes with 9 kinds of food. Premium course with 12 kinds of food and desert costs 3500 yen. And the recommended course is Premium course.
Take-out options are also possible. Take-out lunch costs from 500 yen which comes with 1 kind of curry included with either naan or rice.
