Tonkotsu Ramen Hakatatenjin is a ramen (noodle) restaurant, located in the business district of Shinjuku 3-chome.

The serving at this restaurant is so fast that you can have your order in about 15 seconds. You can also order an extra ball of noodles for free.

The taste of the ramen is also delicious. The soup stock of ramen is created from the pork bone and is then topped with grilled pork, Simmered Egg (half), Jew’s-ear, green onion and a single piece of Seaweed.
The price is 500 yen (tax included).
You can also adjust the taste of your ramen with the additional of a topping, like red ginger, grated garlic, spicy vegetables, soup sauce and much more, all of which can be found for free and as per your taste at the counter area in the restaurant. But, please be careful not to put too much spicy vegetable because it can be way too spicy.
