The WA PASTA specialty restaurant, known as “CONANA (和ぱすた専門店 こなな)”, has been reopened in 8th floor of Shinjuku Lumine EST since the 13th October 2017.
The most popular menu of this restaurant is called “Ochyazuke Pasta”.
It is a pasta soaked with Japanese tea and spices. The result creates a “Ochazuke” flavor.
“Ochazuke” is a simple Japanese dish made by pouring green tea, soup (dashi), or hot water over cooked rice.
There are several varieties of menu. All of the WA Pasta lunch time menus come with a comlimentary drink at the bar.
