A long-established cafe where cat employees will welcome you – ‘CAFE ARLES’

Did you know that there is a cafe on the third Street shopping district of Shinjuku 5-chome, where the cat employees have worked for nearly 40 years?

Cafe Arles (カフェ アルル) is a retro atmosphere cafe, away from Shinjuku business district. When you enter the cafe, the cat employee will welcome you.

Cat employee means a famous cat of this cafe. Currently, there are 2 cats of second generation named “Jirocho” and “Ishimatsu”. “Jirocho” has a mature character whereas “Ishimatsu” is a very cute junior.

A cute is waiting for you!

Because it is near the company, I sometime go here to eat lunch.

A lunch set comes with soup, banana, peanut and drinks. Here you can also enjoy a curry taste Omelet Rice!
The perfect match of egg and curry makes a very tasty meal.
