‘A Happy Pancake’ has been open in Shinjuku! The long-awaited ‘Raw Tapioca Drink’ is Now on sale.

Since the opening of the Omotesando branch in November 2015, a popular shop ‘A Happy Pancake’ has open in Shinjuku as a seventh store in Tokyo!

Here you can enjoy a fluffy texture not normally found with normal pancakes. The secret lies in the cooking process which requires a lot of work.

The ingredient uses non-additive materials that do not use baking powder, and is doing a special way of baking, such as steam and bake one by one instead of preparing it. In the open kitchen you can see the process of baking pancake, baked one by one carefully!

You can also enjoy the ‘Raw Tapioca Drink’, which is the original menu of this shop.
Earl Gray Milk 540 yen, Matcha Latte 580 yen, Hojicha Latte 580 yen, Passion Fruit Soda 500 yen, Framboise Soda 500 yen. Take out option is also available.
