Tonkatsu Wako Takumian (とんかつ和幸 匠庵) is a Tonkatsu (Pork cutlet) restaurant, which was founded around 50 years ago and has an old and interesting history. Since it was a long-established restaurant, it seems that every single person had tasted the tonkatsu.
The recommended menu of this restaurant is “Hirekatsu Zen Yuki”, which serves a high-quality pork fillet which is both tender and low in fat (Deluxe pork fillet cutlet). This set is cost 2060 yen.
“Rosukatsu Zen” costs from 1,960 yen. Lunch menu will cost from 1,530 yen.
By the way, this time I ordered “Kaisen Yon-shurui mori” which costs 2,570 yen.
It was so crispy and delicious, even without using the sauce♪
You can also have extra servings of rice, miso soup and shredded cabbage for free.
