A New Dimension of Entertainment Awaits in Kabukicho — Even During the Day!

A brand-new entertainment venue has opened its doors in Shinjuku’s lively Kabukicho district: Ninja+Kabuki Tokyo. Here, traditional Japanese arts such as taiko drumming, sword fighting, ninja performances, traditional dance, and kabuki are fused with cutting-edge technology to create an electrifying show where the spirit of “wabi-sabi” meets the power of modern innovation.

This experience is captivating not just for international visitors but for Japanese audiences as well. The combination of thunderous sound, mesmerizing visuals, and dynamic performances makes for an unforgettable spectacle.

We had the chance to check it out firsthand!

Located right in the heart of Kabukicho, directly in front of the Kabukicho Cinecity Plaza, the entrance is marked by traditional lanterns—an easy landmark.
