It is located on 6 minutes walk distance from Okubo Station and 10 minutes walk distance from Shin-Okubo Station. Convenient access to go wherever inside Tokyo. This area is a multinational town with lots of Asian shops such as Thailand, Indonesia, China and Korea. Since the prices of commodities are also cheap, you will not struggle with shopping and eating.<\/p>\n

\nThe initial cost is very reasonable only with rent (daily price) + 10,000 yen (preparation cost)!<\/p>\n
