At the rooftop of the Odakyu Department Store Shinjuku Main Building, there is a space for playing with water and to \u201cEnjoy the Summer! ODAKYU Water Park\u201d will be held!<\/strong><\/font>
\nOn a summer vacation or when the hot weather continues, events can be enjoyed at various leisure facilities for water play. To just go to enjoy the water slides event without a swimming pool in Shinjuku, on the rooftop of a department store, is so fun. What a fresh idea!<\/p>\n

In addition to \u201cWater Slider\u201d, which is about 20 meters in length, \u201cWater Challenge\u201d is available where you can enjoy three up to 3 types of games such as toy fishing and shooting using water guns.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately these are only water play events for children, so the only participants are for persons under elementary school students ages, but it is recommended for families!<\/p>\n

Water slider<\/strong>
\nTarget age: 3-12 years old
\nRate: 400 yen \/ person 3times
\n*It is discounted by 100 yen by the presentation of Kangaru mobile club member’s card
\nContents: You can enjoy the water slider which is approximately 20 meters in total length. We recommend wearing a swimsuit and bringing of towel. There is simple locker room.<\/p>\n

Water challenge<\/strong>
\nTarget age: 3-12 years old
\nRate: 300 yen \/1 time
\n*It is discounted by 100 yen if you present “Kangaru mobile club member’s card”
\nContents: This event consist of three challenges, first the\u201ccharacter yoyo scoop\u201d to where we catch fish using working toys, second \u201cfishing to be heated to be heated\u201d and lastly \u201cwater gun target practice\u201d involving firing a gun through mark of ghost with water gun. At the end you can take two character yoyos home with you.<\/p>\n

Moisture mist<\/strong>
\n\u201cMoisture mist\u201d is installed in three places on the rooftop playground area, from the end of April to the end of September. This has gained popularity among families.<\/p>\n

It vaporizes into a sprayed mist and reduces the ambient temperature by up to 2 to 3 degrees, which helps to cool down the playground area and reduce any heat stroke.
\nIt automatically operates when the outside air temperature is about 25 degrees or more and stops in case of rain. The spray water is safe because it uses clean tap water.
