Soft Cream containing three kinds of Kombu soup stock with Guernsey Milk is on sale at a place called “ON THE UMAMI”, which is a shop whose propose is to spread the of the UMAMI (flavour)!
It is an unusual soft cream which is made with three different types of kombu soup stock (seaweed soup).
Guernsey Milk is originally from the Guernsey Island of UK, the number of cows that produce this milk is vary few in the world, and even Japan only has about 300 of these cows.
There are also two kinds of toppings “Mitarasitare” which is characterized for its rich fragrance using domestic Honkarebushi and “Sakekasu Kurumi” which is walnut coated with domestic Sakekasu powder.
“UMAMI Soft Cream” made with Guernsey Milk and soup stock extracted from kombu costs 400 yen (with tax).

There is also a sample of soup stock, ingredients of cooked rice and many other items, so you can also taste before you buy.
